Shipping & Returns
We adhere to a strict seven day return policy from the time you receive your Cabinite item.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on Cabinite Candle Repour Services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Cabinite will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Unfulfilled Refunds (if applicable)
If you’ve yet to receive your refund, check again with your bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your financial institution.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item(s) you received are defective or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If a refund is issued, it would be for the entire cost of the item less shipping fees.
Shipping time may vary depending on where you live.
If you’re shipping an item with value over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If Cabinite doesn’t receive a returned item, we’re not responsible for an exchange, refund or replacement etc.
